Legal Notice

This notice identifies the operator of this website and states the scope and limits of the information published on it. It applies to every page served from the dst9.tech domain.

01Scope of this website

This website provides general information about the current operating model of the dst9.tech applied AI agent evaluation program.

It describes how evaluation environments are designed, provisioned, monitored and closed, and on what contractual basis organisations participate. It does not describe any individual engagement, and it does not identify any participating organisation.

02No public offer or warranty

Nothing on this website constitutes:

  • a public offer or an invitation to enter into a contract on stated terms;
  • a certification, accreditation or attestation of any kind;
  • a warranty or guarantee of the performance, reliability or safety of any AI agent;
  • a representation that any particular organisation participates, or has participated, in the program.

Descriptions of the program are general and forward-looking. The capabilities, tooling and boundaries applicable to any engagement are those set out in the agreement and evaluation plan for that engagement.

03No affiliation with third parties

References on this website to research methods, evaluation practices or industry terminology do not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, sponsorship by, or cooperation with any third-party research organisation, AI developer, standards body or governmental institution.

Where publicly described evaluation practice is used as a methodological reference point, it is used as published literature only. No relationship with the authors or publishers of that literature is claimed or implied.

04Precedence of written agreements

Commercial, infrastructure and data-processing terms are governed exclusively by the applicable written agreement between the parties.

Where anything on this website differs from an executed agreement, the agreement prevails. This website does not vary, supplement or interpret any agreement, and no statement on it may be relied upon as a contractual term.

05Organisational independence

Participation in the program does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment relationship, corporate group or relationship of control between the research group, the infrastructure operator and a participating organisation.

Domain names, IP addresses, name servers, mail gateways, certificates and network routes used by an evaluation environment are technical components administered by the infrastructure operator. Shared technical indicators of this kind may result from the use of common technical services and do not, by themselves, establish common ownership, common management or control.

06Intellectual property

The text, diagrams, layout and source code of this website are the property of the website operator identified in section 11 unless stated otherwise. They may be quoted for reporting, review, regulatory or judicial purposes with attribution to dst9.tech. Any other reproduction, adaptation or redistribution requires prior written permission.

Third-party names or marks appearing in general descriptions of the field remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

08Liability

The information on this website is provided for general information purposes and is believed accurate on the date of publication stated below. The operator accepts no liability for decisions taken in reliance on this website in the absence of a written agreement.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

09Publication notice

Publication notice This website was first published on 2024-10-15. It describes the program's current operating model and may summarise arrangements documented separately by the relevant parties. It is not an archived reproduction of a website from an earlier period.

The publication date and version of every page are recorded in the page metadata and in the version record below, and the change history is maintained in the site's version-control repository.

Program start date and website publication date

These are two different dates and are stated separately on purpose. The research program has been running partner engagements since 2024. This website was first published on 2024-10-15 in order to describe the program's current operating model in a single public place.

Accordingly, the absence of this website from web archives, certificate transparency logs or domain records for periods before 2024-10-15 reflects when the website was published, and says nothing about when the program itself began. Arrangements predating this website are documented separately by the relevant parties and are evidenced by those documents, not by this website.
